The better team won. Next year's so called "weak teams" could have a 19 year old Seider and 18 year old Stutzle (Germany), and a 19 year old Rossi (Austria). Strongest setup in awhile.

Germany will also be in a group with Switzerland, Slovakia, the Gold winner, and the Bronze loser. I could definitely see them finishing 3rd or 4th in the group.

Germany will have a punchers chance to do damage.

Austria will have to hope to play well in the relegation round or pull a big one vs the Czechs
