56-22-4 for 116 points, unbelievable. President's trophy as the best team in the entire league. Plus 86 in goals for / against. Never thought i would ever see a team this good in little ol Winnipeg. Now we boogie-woogie for the 56th time this season, the Dude is in great shape from all the dancing this season.

Since this was a dream regular season but we aren't finished we are still Working on the dream.

A youngster beside us won a Jets guitar... pretty cool.

That looked like a very cool guitar. Probably the best prize of the night although it was a great atmosphere for what was a meaningless game.

McTavish quite pissed at himself after Scheifele scored. He smashed his stick over the crossbar.

As illustrated in the screenshots above, McTavish was the one Morrissey stripped of the puck on the 2 on 1 and then let the pass from Morrissey to Scheifele for the winner get by him.

Apparently yes from the Leafs family members but they also bought out the classic response right after, you still live in Winnipeg.

This is such a stupid dis, that it's basically a self own. Toronto is awful. I unfortunately have had occasion to visit there much more frequently than Winnipeg and I'd rather live in Winnipeg 10 times out of 10 versus Toronto.

Haha that rich, I was in Taranna not too long ago. That place is a shit hole also.

Granted, I haven't been in Toronto since shortly before COVID ... but I wouldn't say "also" with respect to Winnipeg. I never found Winnipeg to be a shithole either when I lived there or when I've visited it since (I was there most recently in February). I don't think that's just nostalgia or homerism talking ... actually the last couple times I visited Winnipeg it seemed nicer than I remembered. If I had the option I'd move back to Winnipeg in a heartbeat.

You want to talk shit holes, let's talk not just Toronto but most of southwestern Ontario. I've lived here since 2008 and it has degraded massively since that time. Specifically Kitchener was nicer than Winnipeg when I moved there in 08 but its a dystopian nightmare I avoid at all costs now. I've seem similar degradation in many of the cities in the area I frequent, although Kitchener is probably the worst (London is awful too, but it was never as nice as Kitchener to begin with).

Morrissey is an absolute stud. Which is funny because I'm old enough to remember when some posters here wanted to get rid of him because the Jets lost their entire D corps and somehow a young Morrissey wasn't able to carry the entire defense on his back.

This has been a great season, and we're all now hoping the Jets can go on a long playoff run. Praying for some luck from the injury gods, and looking for the Jets to come out and play well on Saturday.

I said to my son that I liked seeing that compete in the kid... Last game of the year, golf clubs all shined up and ready... and he still hates losing that much
