What the **** is he doing in the crease like that?

Did that puck end up going in? Or did Florida end up losing a scoring chance? Or did the ref impede Henrik? I'm so confused!

Pretty over dramatic title but I think everyone will agree that was poor positioning by the official.

Now that would be a good reason for Lundqvist to complain about the refs.

No idea what the ref was doing.

Just sending a little message for all those times he's berated them.

God...just idiotic positioning.

Usually they stand behind the net and almost lean on it to get an angle.

Thread title is a bit over the top. But ref certainly looks like an idiot here. What possible justification is there for being in the crease there.

NHL refs finding new ways to get in the way.. The NHL should go back to 1 ref. Why have 2 refs if they are not calling penalties and just getting in the way. Make one of the refs an off-ice video ref/judge.

a 200lb guillotine with the downward force coming down on the wrist. both skates too. that'll do a number.

And you still get fans who say he's wrong to complain about the refs just because it was in public. Hope he lets them have it again, absolutely disgraceful

Dangerous.

Easy for us to say, but damn, get out of the way. Even in the CGY/TOR game, one ref was pretty much standing in front of Colborne's face while he was trying to set up on the PP standing on the goal line.
