It wouldn’t surprise me at all if he stepped into the league and didn’t have much issue.

The kid looked pro ready after the World Juniors.
Oh i agree... the thing about him is his game is Skating/IQ... which both should translate easier to the NHL game.

Im more worried about his potential line mates... normally id be okay cause hes a RHD and we could sit him with Lindholm... but lindholm is out... so now our choices are hutton fowler and Mahura.... plus our team isnt exactly known for puck control so hes likely going to be spending a lot of time in the D zone.

He's played with Pylon Plugs his whole career other than WJC.

Well, that’s good practice too at least haha. Hopefully he can get some decent support.

Will he QB the power play?

Ya, he looks like Toller Cranston out there.
Congrats on being the first person I've ignored on here this year. I am sure many others have ignored you as well. Have fun with Guhle though.

His gap control and challenging at the blue line thus far has been excellent.

I know some aren't going to agree, but I think he's been the best 2020 draft eligible since the draft. And I had him 2nd at the draft. This may be a hot-take, but I have him right up there after Lafreniere with Stuetzle competing for the best few players in the draft. He may even pass Lafreniere at some point, although I think it's too early to say that.

His 4 way skating is better than Fowlers was... he is so aggressive defensively almost every time someone comes up his side they are forced to dump the puck in. Such a sight to see with this shitty Ducks team.
