WWE: Raw and Smackdown Part 5 the Paul Levesque Era

Saw her land on the arm and immediately scream and roll out of what was the bulldog headlock and knew something was up. She right away rolled out, went to the sides, and shook her head right away holding the arm. Called shoulder right off the bat. Replays show a bit of jarring when she landed on it.

It looked innocuous enough and it's probably wear and tear and the shoulder just popped right out. Usually nothing 'serious' but will depend on what happened to the shoulder socket and ligaments. Hurts like a bitch to pop out.

Methinks they take this time to push the Perez with Judgement Day angle here and give Liv some time off and pull out the tag titles a la Naomi/Bianca.

Sucks because I truly enjoy Liv's character and laugh every time she comes on because she plays the annoying brat so well. Best of luck and hopefully nothing too serious for her.

How long does it usually take to recover from a dislocated shoulder with wrestlers?

It's less wrestlers and more just on a general basis of dislocating shoulders. Some people take a couple of weeks if it's just a quick pop with no structural damage. It hurts like hell but you immediately feel relief. Jamming a member is surprisingly common, in these kinds of sports. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't have a doctor who could set it right back in. Problem is that you need to see if there was any damage. Any bone that might have broken off in the pop out.

If that's the case, then we're talking a bit longer. Same with if ligaments were torn. That will require surgery.

Usually, 3-5 weeks on a non tear pop back in. If there's surgery involved? You're looking at 8+ weeks. And then rehab.

I won't be surprised if they keep her out for a minimum of two months.
