Fightful Select is reporting that R-Truth’s WWE departure is legitimate and he’s set to part ways with the company. According to the report WWE has decided not to renew R-Truth’s contract.

Seems it's more a case of not renewing his contract.

SRS also saying he will be leaving when his contract expires.
