The Mania cards don’t really have me jumping for joy, maybe it’s because I’m not a fan of two night manias. I feel they end up a bit watered down. There’s a few matches that I don’t think are even remotely close to Mania matches.
Flair vs Stratton at the top of that list because we all know the inevitable is happening....The Mania cards don’t really have me jumping for joy, maybe it’s because I’m not a fan of two night manias. I see over 50% chance of shenanigans in that match.I think it's an absolute crime Walter is dropping the belt to Jey at WM.
Nick Khan did that. He's not that good of an actor to fake that surprise. The build for Cody/Cena has been embarrassingly bad.
The build for basically everything except the two triple threat matches has been embarrassing actually.
Most embarrassing though is how in retirement HHH somehow has an even bigger ego than before.
Puts himself into the hall (I mean he's obviously HOF but it's tacky putting yourself there) and then giving yourself a 5 minute tribute every single week? Come on man.
Still not a good look doing the weekly tribute to himself.Nick Khan did that. He's not that good of an actor to fake that surprise.![]()
They've always hyped up the biggest name entry into HOF each year, incessantly. I mean Taker in 2022, Mysterio in 2023, Heyman and Ali last year, Bret Hart and DX in 2019 etc.Still not a good look doing the weekly tribute to himself.
I mean, they can't be that stupid, can they?Flair vs Stratton at the top of that list because we all know the inevitable is happening....
Kinda reminds me of last year. Original plan was to have Rock push aside Rhodes and the fans were pissed. WWE had a (great) change of plans. Wonder if this year might be similar. WWE finding out just how much everyone hates Flair.I mean, they can't be that stupid, can they?
I just see matches like New Day vs War Raiders with essentially no build, Naomi vs Jade, Priest vs McIntyre, Bayley and Bird girl vs Liv and aura-less diesel etc as RAW/SD matches. They're just trying to get everyone on the card, which kind of sucks.Yeah, not feeling Mania this year which sucks since it’s at Allegiant. No way I’m dumping the money they want to watch it live.
Well, that is what happens when you are trying to run what is essentially two 9-hour showsI just see matches like New Day vs War Raiders with essentially no build, Naomi vs Jade, Priest vs McIntyre, Bayley and Bird girl vs Liv and aura-less diesel etc as RAW/SD matches. Totally, people piss and moan about the one night shows being 6-7 hours long. This is no different other than there's two nights of it now.Well, that is what happens when you are trying to run what is essentially two 9-hour shows![]()

Their main event build has been John Cena opening Raws in Europe cutting a half assed promo on the crowd and Cody interrupting him to say "nuh uh".I don’t mind it being two nights since the cards ended up being 5-5hrs long, but this year there’s just no really hype for it. Is it bc the main champ is as interesting as a doorknob? Maybe. Is it bc it’s in the back half of April which is honestly too late in the year for it? It is to me tbh. 5 days out and it just feels flat.
Loading up the cards to get as much talent their WrestleMania paydays is what it looks like to me.The Mania cards don’t really have me jumping for joy, maybe it’s because I’m not a fan of two night manias. Cena's turn writes itself and they've totally botched it. Creative/Cena had to be 100% all in, it's been half assed since John has limited appearances. The turn was shortsighted, feels like a manufactured moment to snatch views. Not having Cena there the final few weeks is an absolute blunder.
Glad more and more people are seeing this. The mania build overall has been downright terrible, I can't recall one this bad.Their main event build has been John Cena opening Raws in Europe cutting a half assed promo on the crowd and Cody interrupting him to say "nuh uh".
The match will probably be fine, but the build has been an embarrassment.
