wrestlemania 41 is shaping up to be a bust anyway.. cena winning 17th title or cody losing to orton in a shocker doesn't really do much for me lol
 
If he doesn't close out Elimination Chamber in Toronto somehow, they are doing it wrong. If they aren't about to beat Cody prior to WM (they won't and they shouldn't), why can't KO be the World Heavyweight Champion? I'd rather see KO vs. Sami for the WHC than any feud involving Gunther right now. He's the most entertaining character in WWE right here today.

I do agree, Gunther does 0 for me...I am bored with his matches and him on the mic...I believe they need to use some momentum for ppl who are over.

I also believe super Cena gets 17 at WM, so why not put it on a transitional champ for a run

Makes sense for the Gunther fans that it's not CenaWinLOL over your boy

Cena's only booked for 36 dates, no point in wasting those dates with a title run.

Even most of his promos are pre taped vignettes that are always a variation of the same thing.

But this is not very good news at all for WWE. In America you could have just watched on USA network now you have to sub to an extra package just for RAW and WWE?

I'm more expecting/hoping that Cena goes for the belt at WM, loses, and then the rest of his year is chasing 17.

I honestly would rather see him win late in the year and have a stipulation where he retires when he drops the belt. Predictably, it would be at WM42. I'd pick Bron. I'd expect they would pick Bron. But I could also be talked into Jacob.

So hopefully he has a movie/show filming fall through in early 2026.
 
I can see the dislike towards Gunther as champ. I like him with the belt, but I can see how others would think he can be boring. Yes, he's great in the ring, but he hasn't wrestled nearly as much as he did when he was the IC champ.

Hell no to Jey with the belt. He's just over with the kiddies with a dumb catchphrase and style. He needs to head back to the tag division which is on life support as it is.

If crowd reaction is what we're after, I recommend re-strapping the rocket to Dom. Has he been injured? He really had all the momentum and it's been totally cut off. He'd get nuclear heat as champ (yes, I know it wouldn't make sense for him to wrestle Gunther, just work with me here).

MITB needs to die, honestly.

H seems to take the belts way more seriously than Vince did. It took them 9 months to get Priest to finally cash in and that was honestly done more to further Punk and Drew's beef than to elevate Priest.

Essentially, I think Triple H only wants to put the belt on guys who are on top of the company at the time, and he's not gonna end long reigns like Gunther's or Cody's with some cheap shit like a cash in.

joe is tna world champion now lol so yes he did win the title. and ridalous lol the reactions jey is getting his title win has to be a big 4 ppv at this point big 2 really though tbh. if kofi kingston can win his first world title at mania pretty sure so can uso. seems this forum loves to slober over gunther ifyou like that type of thing go rewatch the 80s or something lol.

Joe Hendry is in a company where guys like Rollins, Punk, Roman, Gunther, Cena, Cody, KO, Drew etc don't exist. Joe Hendry is arguably THE GUY in that company right now.

Putting the title on Jey Uso is a mistake RIGHT NOW. Can he win it in the future? Sure, however I think he gets back with Jimmy before then and they can elevate that tag division again.

Again, Jey Uso is a fun entrance and that's pretty much it.

Tna champ is closer in status to a random local independent championship than it is to the WWE championship.

Also, i f***ing loved 80s and 90s wrestling. It was the balls.
