The big question for Jacob is gonna be how the company views him. 15 years ago Vince would've built the f*** out of him for 6-9 months only to feed him to Cena and then be on to his next monster heel to build for Cena. (Umaga, Khali, Rusev, etc.)

We honestly still don't really know how new leadership would view a guy who is 100% a top star but isn't built like a Greek god. Jacob should be a top guy. But if they let "look" get in the way of things, he could end up a tier just below the top where he's just the monster heel who always puts over the babyface they want to slam over the top.

The other thing that may hinder him is, does his record prevent him from going places internationally? I haven't really tracked what international shows he's made.

The way I see it, he's essentially a young, better version of Samoa Joe with a past that could be viewed as "Street cred" to add legitimacy. And Triple H was a big fan of Joe.
