I don't think his heart is gonna explode from a piledriver.

I'm sure if he did it it'd be with doctor approval. He probably does more to physically exert himself on a daily basis.

I guess....He's done a couple spots where he's arguing with someone (like in that Wrestlemania presser) yet he hasn't had a physical altercation. I'm assuming there's reason for that, but who knows

I think he still works out, just not at the level that he used to.

I don't see how he couldn't take the same thing Cody did post-match. Jumped from behind and immediately piledriven. Only issue is they may not want to get fans pumped for a Triple H return match when one is likely never happening. It'd put heat on KO going into Mania though.
