Yeah it’s cool in theory. The spectacle and the mystique of the entrance is cool on TV. Once the wrestling happens, and matches need to be won/lost in order to advance a story it all falls apart. It’s the same as everything they did with the Fiend character

Original Wyatt Family stuff was so f***ing good because they had the great entrance, they had the weird recorded segments and vignettes, and they could work a meaningful singles/tag matches where it could make sense for them to win OR lose…and in the end everything is still entertaining

When they are finished with the Wyatt group I hope they find a way to utilize Erick Rowan. Maybe shave the beard, change up his look. But big guy who can work half decent and I think could cut a decent promo if given a chance on the mic.

His gimmick is the beard. He moves ok, and i think if allowed to speak a bit more freely he could cut a better promo. They’ve just only ever given him shit to work with.

I agree there’s gotta be a better spot for him than whatever this is right now. Keep the beard, just cut him loose for a bit. He’s a better version of Braun Strowman

Too many guys now with beards. I wouldn't shave him clean or some cheesy moustache, but maybe a goatee? I just think if they gave him a complete repackage APA Bradshaw to JBL style, they might have something there. I think he's taken his look as far as it can go.
