First of all I want to say congrats on another Stanley Cup victory. I have to say what the Kings did this postseason is nothing short of incredible. Coming back from a 3 games to 0 deficit against the sharks, going to 3 game 7 series and beating the Ducks and the defending Stanley Cup champion Blackhawks. I would call it a miracle run.

Taking all that into consideration, how would you rate this one compared to the first?

This one is better. No one can argue with this one or take it away. And we now have TWO CUPS! **** YEAH! We are the KINGS of California once again! GO KINGS GO!

For me it's this one and it's not even close.

Beat the two in-state rivals, coming back from down 0-3 vs. SJ, beating the Hawks who had been the teams kryptonite in Game 7 OT.

The Kings faced much better teams and faced much more adversity.

From this Ducks fan, congratulations. I have to say you guys are damn lucky, plenty of opportunities you could have been eliminated but nonetheless you won I respect that. Can't wait for next season, hopefully we'll meet again in the playoffs with my Ducks coming out on top.

The way the Kings overcame adversity this time makes it not only better but A-W-E-S-O-M-E!

But, at the same time, I must say that the emotions that the first ever Cup generated can probably never be matched. When you've been a fan since the Kings started in 1967, all what one has had to gone through from early childhood on, that evening of June 11th 2012 was simply "a moment of grace"!

This year: arguably one of the best runs ever to win the Cup. The Stanley Cup, the most demanding trophy to win in professional sports.

:handclap:

2012 we were so dominant that once we got rolling I knew we would win or at least I didn't see us losing it.

This year was different.

This year exorcized a bunch of old demons for me.

This was not only tougher in ever way for the team but this year was a great one for me personally.

2012 was a domination of the rest of the league.

This one was pure blood sweat and tears.

Second cup was the hardest by far.

2012 was a blur. Up 3-0 in every series, it was just weird. 10-0 on the road before losing in NJ in Game 5. Plus it was the first one. It didn't feel real as a Kings fan, because that's not something that happens to the Kings.

This one was not a blur. Not even close. This one was crazy, not weird. Down 0-3. 3 Game 7's on the road. 3 OT wins in the Final.

Two completely different Cup runs. Both have had the Kings break and set playoff records that probably won't be duplicated any time soon.

2012 for me. This one was exhausting, but 2012 I couldn't believe what I was seeing. 2012 was magic and it turned the entire franchise around. This one is awesome because it proves that 2012 was no fluke and was the seeding of something amazing. These last 3 playoff years have been incredible, and 2012 was the moment everything changed. The franchise and the fanbase haven't been the same since. 2014 will go down as the most resilient team ever, but 2012 was a dominant one and exorcised the demons. I used to say that being a Kings fan was like being a Leafs fan without the delusions of grandeur. I can no longer say that because of what started in 2012 and what was capped here tonight. That is nothing short of amazing.

This one was so ****ing painfull. I'm mentally exhausted, physically tired. Scratched my scabs off, ate my toe nails. 2012 was just a massive breezing party in hindsight

This one for me, just I think. Taking nothing away from it the first time around we were dominant and had match ups that suited us. I think we caught everyone by surprise also. This time we had to really, really dig deep and show every bit of skill, heart and every intangible there is.

I also enjoyed watching the emergence of Pearson and Toffoli. Both are going to be stars but Pearson is the story for me. How he never scored more goals I'll never know and some of the moves he put on in overtime were brilliantly audacious.

Does anyone think we will be able to re-sign 'Puck Luck'? I'm worried he'll test the market.
