If he wants 8X8 M$ for his next contract, which would bring him to 38 at the end of his last season, many teams won't touch this. He also had a pretty bad season last year. So considering all this, he is a risk. For that, I don't think they will get a major roster piece coming the other way.
If they are looking for futures, they will get a pretty good haul though. Like A prospect + 1st + young secondary roster player
Conroy is smart he said when hired he not looking to do long term deals or hand out ntc. He will look at what Andersson wants and what the Flames want ans if thwy can come up with something that works he stays or he is gone. I divot think it will be bad.His next contract will be one of the worst in the league.
