Rasmus Andersson is -33, MacKenzie Weegar is +14

Frost is good but has had no luck and seems like he doesn't have that finishing touch. Farabee is average, not good but not bad. That said it's still early, took 2 years for Huberdeau to hit stride after being traded.

Huberdeau is hitting his stride with 58 pts for 10.5 per?

He slowed down the last week, but he was on pace to break his career high in goals. Hard to get assists when no one on the team is any better than a 3rd liner and can't put the puck in the net. Ask any rational Flame fan and they'll tell you Huberdeau has been great this year. Who f***ing cares how much he makes, only insecure dorks on the internet care.

Lol. Literally the only reason the West looks stronger is because the teams have their point totals inflated by beating up on SJ, CHI, and NSH.
Yeah I don't know about that. WPG is 23-8-1 against the East. The west teams will only play 3 or 4 more games against those teams than the teams from the east.

I wasn’t talking about the regular season. WPG won’t do anything in the playoffs, as usual.

In terms of Cup contenders, I’d say the conferences are about equal. You’ve got FLA, TBL, and WSH in the East, and COL, VGK, and EDM in the West. The rest of the “good” teams in both conferences are paper tigers, imo (DAL, WPG, TOR, CAR). The rest of the teams beyond this aren’t contenders.

I do think a West team wins this year though. The Avs will win the Cup.

he hasnt been good this year, but weegar is a true number one, andersson is like 2/3 (2 previous yrs, 3 this year)

If you weren't talking about the regular season then why did you mention SJ, NSH and CHI? Theyre not in the playoffs.
Your opinion about the playoffs is valid since its your opinion. Those teams may be 'paper tigers', or maybe not. But don't try to validate
your opinion with a fiction about beating up on weaker opposition. AFAIK, Winnipeg has the best record this year against playoff teams. I didn't double check that though.

Because I said that’s why people think they are stronger. They look at the standings and see the top teams in the West have higher point totals. It’s because they all get to beat up on by far the 3 worst teams in the league.

My contention is that in reality, and when it counts, the conferences are roughly equal when it comes to Cup contenders- that’s what we mean when we talk about strong teams.

Hope that clears things up.

I'm not sure if it's direction from the coaching staff or not. but especially the last month or so Anderson has been extremely aggressive in the offensive zone, pinching and attempting to keep pucks in and joining the rush.

The main concern with him is hes D right now, even when he wasnt scoring earlier he was fine. Lately tho he is just completely floating on the defense side and is costing hes team that already doesnt score a lot, goals against

Or he's focusing on helping the offence that is having issues scoring. He still kills penalties and blocks a bunch of shots.

For 10.5 virtually everyone expects more than 58 pts at this point in the season. Of course people care how much someone makes as the more you make the more that is expected. If you think 58 pts for 10.5 is good, then I don't know what to tell you. Not like he also brings a whole lot of intangibles with it. He is an offensive player not proving much offence.

He does not generate enough offensive to justify leaving guys alone in the slot all the time. I rather he be useless offensively than bleeding GA
