To be fair, I think it would be a fascinating watch to see those two teams play best on best. Both teams with strengths and weaknesses.

3-2 affair IMO... no idea who would win.

Germany has the better top end - Seider, Stutz, Peterka and Drai are the 4 best players in that game. 10 of the next 15 are probably Slovak! Neither currently have an NHL goalie as well.

Of oourse, by 2026 (next Olympics) Slaf and Nemec could be in the top 4 players in the game conversation between Slovakia and Germany. No one is catching Drai but Nemec could be Seider like. Slaf could be as impactful as Stutzl when he figures out that body and develops a little further.

Kopitar is Slovenian not Slovakian. Just shows how little you know.

While its true that Germany has better top players than Slovakia, the Slovaks has better depth and are better overall than the Germans.

Sorry, brain fart on Kopitar, happens to the best of us. So no need to be a dick about it.

I prefer game breaking talent over depth in a short tournament.
