A healthy Staal is without a doubt a top-5 player on this team.

Callahan because you can see a huge difference when he is out of the lineup. He sets the tone for the rangers when he is in the lineup. Staal and Girardi are both valuable but without Callahan you see a significantly different team in that he does it all. Scoring, power play, penalty kill, leadership. He is the quinisesssntial NYR captain.

That is the problem, though. I didn't vote for him because unlucky or not, his injuries are an issue. He's missed much too much time to be considered for this spot imo.
