Good luck to both D cores. I've been a big Mikkola fan since 4 nations and he's got a rocket strapped to his back IMO. Ek is back and has some rest.

Forsling is Florida’s best D, I believe that all the way down to my bones. Incredibly underrated player. I’d flip him and Ekblad. Good overall though.

Bouchard is the most underrated player in league probably, he’s been rock solid defensively while being a ppg offensively without Ekholm.

Walman has had an incredible playoffs. There's no way the team survives 3 rounds without Ekholm if they don't make that trade.

If Ekholm is healthy and able to contribute in a way that he has the last 3 seasons the Oilers could arguably have the 3 best defensemen in the series.

You should have learnt by now that over here, we judge defensemen by how many often they look bad in highlight clips, not by data.

The funny thing is that, since Ekholm has been injured, we can't use "carried by Ekholm" so now we invented "carried by Kulak," even though Kulak himself is the one whose performance has become far better than it used to be back when Ekholm was healthy. Hm, what might be the constant there? Oh, of course, Kulak just independently improved as a player to become good enough to carry Bouchard, naturally.

He is but he's clearly injured and made couple uncharacteristic mistakes in playoffs.
No way otherwise he would be 3rd on Panthers in ice time

Playoff Bouchard and regular season Bouchard seem like two different players. All his gaffes disappear in the playoffs.
