Fort Myers would still be considered "The South" I would think...

Last week I drove from Sarasota due East to Jupiter... neither place would be considered "The South" AT ALL... but everywhere in between sure was. It was like a scene out of The Color Purple or Of Mice and Men.

One "town" actually had a CVS and I thought "Man... people must come from MILES around to go there!"

I’ve always seen it as south of I-10 is no longer the south but in reality I believe it’s when you hit an area where sweet tea is not the default tea offering.

And now when the games are rescheduled against the crappy teams they are likely to be better?

We had a soft spot in our schedule spoiled by the covid break and I’m salty about it.
