I'm rooting for my team to be entertaining, like today. And to become more entertaining in the years to come.

That whole last sequence started because of Gilmour’s inability to get out of the zone.

It creates an unpleasant atmosphere and is just rude. I rooted against the Giants from like game 5 on but I didn't go to Giants GDTs and root against them. It's rude to people who are rooting for a win.

Rules change when they're found to be inferior.

Context specific cheering is better. You can root for a win, someone else can root for a better pick in a lost season.

A month ago I saw a few posts suggesting there's a legit battle on HF where people tell others how they can and can't cheer. I thought it was ridiculous. Obviously cheer how you want and don't call out how others are rooting. This place certainly could handle that notion save for one or two posters right?

But now it's starting to become obvious that no, unfortunately, this place is full of people who demand that we all cheer a specific way.

What I question is how often that happens here bc I never see it. What I DO see are guys like Kov 21453 whatever the hell his numbers are, actively shaming everyone for not rooting for a win everygame. Then people go back at him specifically and explain why we feel the way we do and why we can accept losing this year.

Its a strawman? ok. you would be wrong but whatever. I'm rooting for my team to play well and play hockey that will develop some of these younger guys. Not create a losing culture. Nothing more nothing less.

Have a feeling J.T. is in the rumor mill big time internally and it’s affecting him. Zucc has been the same outside of today where he’s been good.

But tons of eyes on this game today lot of scouts and Nash zucc and Holden all having good games.
