I was thinking the other day - early rebuild Buf, Isles (whatever that was) and Edm - all got their asses kicked in night in and night out.

My concern though, are the big contracts we have with Kreider and Trouba. And complete lack of center depth (right now, complete lack of centers, period). Hope is hard!

We absolutely have hurdles ahead. Though K'Andre has sure alleviated a lot of my concerns about Troubdas on-ice product vs. his cost. Kreider, ugh never was a fan and hoped that didn't happen.

What makes me feel good about our future C situation are two things: 1) We have the pieces to land a big fish. Kinda 1B) We will definitely have a juicy pick this year which we should either use on the best center available or package to ease another team off of a valuable prospect in the aforementioned hypothetical center package.
