I agree with you. Torts is a motivator and the team wasn't motivated. But, I think if this was Boston executing the exact same game plan Torts used in this game, the results probably would have been different. The game plan wasn't inherently the problem this game.

I am also HIGHLY critical of Johnny Juggles.
 
Sell at the deadline I agree. Trade Gaborik for a 1st and other parts and sign Nathan Horton. Need a player like him badly
 
I'm just thankful Erik Gryba didn't score for the Sens. This place would've imploded if he did
 
Don't get why torts pulled Hank with that much time left.
Hope you guys pick it up soon, had a good first round match up last year - Would be exciting to have that rematch.

Gaborik needs to be traded for ANYTHING at this point. Get something for him this year please, preferably the first round pick we lost in the nash trade.

I believe in Callahan. My remark was about tonight's game. There is just this weird funk this team is in.
What happened tonight should not happen again. But I know it will, it's the same stuff. How could a team be that uninvolved?
 
The energy level across the whole team was horrible tonight. Not really any positives you can take out of it.

The 4th line was ok, but they won't win you many games and there aren't enough guys who can PK on it.

Richards and Kreider seem to have a bit of chemistry and need to be kept together. the top line generated a few chances and Hags used his speed well. JT and callahan were both dreadful, hate seeing Cally embellish like that.

The D was all round dreadful for pretty much the whole night. McD had a great chance to redeem himself, but Bishops save was awesome.

Hank was good, I reckon he'd want the 2nd one back (haven't seen a replay though so I could be wrong), but made some great saves.

With how streaky (it's a nice way of saying below average) this team has been, it's a season where normally you try for a mini re-build to come out firing next year. I have a feeling though, that without us having a 1st they won't want to do that and so will make a few desperation moves to scrape us into the playoffs
 
What is Torts motivating? He's motivating Sather to go out and make a stupid unnecessary trade like Dan Boyle. He's motivating fans to jump off of high structures.
 
I've always considered Callahan one of my favorite players. He played like a ***** tonight. I use to consider him this generation's Adam Graves.

That would be true if Graves didn't have a pair of testicles. Disgraceful performance from our Captain.
 
Just to rub a little salt in the wound:

Phoenix and Nashville have scored 11 goals combined tonight.

Sorry preds fans, the rangers offense is the worst.
 
Looks like Miller is yet another one of Gordie Clark's big-time early round busts. Sanguinetti over Giroux, DeZotto over Carlson, McIlrath over Tarasenko. Frankly, I don't trust anyone the Rangers have in the system.
 
The only good news is that Kreider continues to impress despite Torts handcuffing him. Hopefully Torts is gone if we miss the playoffs

He also should not have pulled Hank against Florida. That was really stupid.
