Rangers Season Tickets Holders

I tried to renew this week. Ticketmaster had to have me replace all of my credit cards none of which it it would accept.

Called my rep and poof my renewal disappeared. Nothing in paid; nothing in unpaid.

After that, unsurprisingly, my rep has been MIA.

Maybe for the best. Anyone who thinks this group is gonna turn it around for next year is delusional
Hmm something seems kinda fishy there. I renewed seamlessly.

Sounds like me. Most lethargic renewal I've ever done and to be honest might be my last one. Just don't get the same excitement I used to from the games and have trouble justifying the prices and the work to move all those I don't go to.
I just reached out to my rep about dropping from half season to 10 games. We’re apparently going to set up a call to discuss it. I feel weird about fully canceling so this seems like a good in-between.

Really the only benefit from half seasons (when I signed up) is the automatic issuance and billing for playoffs. Before I had a half I had to call a special Chase number for playoff tickets -- was on hold for four hours and never got them.

I'm a full - would never consider halves or quarter's without full playoff rights (certainly would prefer that if they had it). The discounted prices just aren't there with those packages. My tickets are still pretty discounted - I made a decent profit this year - but went to the lowest amount of games in years. Back in the day I used to have halves & they would offer full rights but I think that ended around 2012ish?

The upfront cost, labor of selling & atmosphere from when I first started going to games is all driving me away. Ever since we made the finals it's just been getting deader & deader. Only exception was during the Covid season.

I'm kind of in the same boat. I have no interest in giving up my tickets and don't mind putting in the work to sell. I'd even take a small loss if need be though I never have. That being said, my desire to go to games has gone down and down as the years have gone on. I think it's some kind of combo of the team being incredibly dislikable this season, the atmosphere of games being legitimately awful, getting older, and the prices. This season is the least amount of games I've gone to in over a decade and it doesn't bother me in the slightest. For a lot of games I come back to "Is this worth $110 to go to" and between my own life situation and everything else listed the answer almost always is no. The single biggest perk is the playoff rights which is why I'll never drop from full either but even that isn't that great when they charge over $200 for round 1 now.
