23-and-under is the way to go, IMO. Every cut-off is somewhat arbitrary, but I've always like 23 as the age. 23-24 is about the age, according to the statistical analyses I've seen, where guys start entering their prime.

If you stretched it out to 24-and-under, you could include DeAngelo, Shesterkin, Georgiev, and Lemieux.
Anyway, point is that yes, we have guys that should be included on a list of young talent that wouldn't likely be considered prospects. And I would take our 23-and-under group and say it measures up to just about any other team in the league, particularly once we go an add Lafreniere to the mix.
