the top 10 is looking great...but i'm excited to see 10-20 because that will be more 'future' guys that aren't on the bring. it might be some bias toward guys that are ready but assuming georgiev is 8 and hajek is 9, we likely will see 6 of the top 9 guys graduate this year. I enjoy seeing where people rank the guys that are a little further away and then compare that to how views change good or bad on guys during the season and next summer

Guys, we literally just took Robertson at 49; a kid who many had inside the first round; a pick that was pretty much universally loved here.

And now he isn't going to be ranked inside our top ten prospects. While excluding a 19 and 20 year old from the rankings.

And it's justified.

We haven't been this flush in my lifetime.

Have we ever been doing this well for prospects?

He's been compared to Staal before the injuries. For a while Staal was our top prospect here, let that sink in.

Edit: And once again, Keane might not be in the top 13. A guy whose upside is legit second pairing guy.

Is there a link anywhere for prior seasons rankings for these prospects?

George though I can't believe he's a "prospect"

Add Lindgren I think

I tend to be in the camp that does t really view Andersson or Georgiev as being quite in the realm of pure prospect at this point, but it’s just easier to stick with the time tested parameters at this point.

84 vs 49. Time to close it out and move to the head to head battle of LD prospects Rykov vs Hajek, Cold War style!

Add Lindgren. Didn't look out of place in his stint in the NHL, didn't thrive, but not many guys do in that type of situation.

He is painfully being ignored.
Personally, I just think there are that many more guys who have more upside, and that's always the deciding factor in my vote. So, while Lindgren looks like a lock for a 3rd pair guy who plays with some sandpaper, I'm still going to vote all of the D-men who I perceive to have top or mid pairing upside and forwards who have top-6 upside over him. :dunno:

That makes sense. It's kind of like when people were voting on Lindberg and Fast lower in the past. Everyone kind of knew they'd be NHL players, but 4th liners.

We do have a lot of the 2nd pair potential guys, but to me Lindgren will make the NHL. Almost locked to make it. He'd get an HF letter A next to his name while most of the other prospects we have would be getting Cs next to their number grade. All depends on what you value.
