This prospect pool isn't bad, I don't know why all the doom and gloom. It's obviously not great, but i think it's probably somewhere between 15-20 overall, depending on how much you like guys like Berard and BMB, whether you value Grubbe, etc.

Someone mentioned the Dark Ages. You can go back ten years and find a time when we were excited about Danny Kristo, Christian Thomas, Marek Hrivik, Andrew Yogan, Mikhail "#1 pick in the KHL Junior Draft" Pashnin, Conor Allen, etc. This, is not that.

I guess Kravtsov is actually considered a prospect as the criteria has always been 65 NHL games (someone could have pointed that out in my previous thread when I said he was graduated )

Yeah, in the prospect thread I gave him one year of eligibility because I think he's new and noteworthy, but he's too old as you said. Old HF may have given him a year, too, under the whole "these are general guidelines and there may be exceptions" thing but he's really not a prospect.

nicely done,
my only slight quibbles might be
some wiggles among the Fs 11-18
Ollas in top 25 over Tarnstrom
and Kjellberg (based mostly on last season's finish) as HM over Khodo

TBH seems no one can know what NYR might actually have in Kempf, Karpa or Mancini ...

I wouldn't object to adding him if people want him, even at 28 years old. He'll probably be somewhere in the mid teens anyway so we have some time to figure it out.
