BMB, add Edstrom. There's a pretty clear line for me between Edstrom/Fortescue/Chmelar and the rest.

Chmelar had 10 points in his first 14 games and 3 in his final 19. Points aren't everything but I think his play mirrored his production. It stagnated, although Providence had a lot of issues last season--including Berard. If he can produce a consistent season close to what he did in the first half, I will be very pleased.

I liked his WJC performance but I am consistent in putting almost no stock into the WJC or other short tournaments.

One thing I do really like about Chmelar (I like him in general) is that his skill set lends itself to a potential role in the NHL even if the offense doesn't develop.
 
I'm surprised with all the Garland love. He fell flat last season in the AHL.

Meanwhile BMB is a Sykora at Center but somehow he's getting overlooked.

Does he play a physical gritty game. I see BMB as a lesser skilled Jordan Staal type of he hits his potential
 
I feel like Berard will at least be a 4th liner. I'll wait for him to rack up 60 points next season in the AHL before christening him Marchand 2.0 - a bit too hasty for that but I mean, it could happen.
Jones and Robertson have a chance at being bottom sixers. Maybe more Jones is probably near Nils and he doesn't feel like he's solidified a spot on Dallas' roster yet so that feels like 6/7.
Garand... promising end to the season but needs to carry those stats into a full season to be considered backup worthy.
BMB is still magic beans to me. Could be a Stepan. Could be a Grachev.
