Lindgren.

Doesn't have a ton of flash, will probably never be a star, but he's a solid, physical, hard-hitting defenseman.

Not looking for big points from him, though I think he'll chip in a few.

But if this kid develops, fans are going to really love him. A no-nonsense eraser who you give some tough assignments.

Rykov, add Huska. This has been what I've said a number of times in a row.

Rykov has a higher ceiling than Lindgren and is better at hockey than him right now. This vote doesn't make much sense, but I digress.

Georgiev because what he did last season should be worthy of being top10.

Between Rykov and Lindgren I just don’t see this higher ceiling in Rykov. However, I’d pick Russian because he achieved milestones that are higher.

Add Barron.

Yeah, I don't really know why Rykov has "dropped" but Rangers go 12 deep prospect wise for the first time since....I don't know.

FWIW I have Lindgren 11th on my list and Rykov 12th. Rykov has been playing in the KHL which is a pretty big deal--Lindgren has pretty much been playing highest level that he could including two go arounds at the WJC and just ended last year in the AHL and did well there. Lindgren is about 10 months younger.

I wouldn't be shocked by the way if either or both of Lindgren and Hajek spend considerable time with the Rangers this year. I certainly value both of them over O'Gara, Gilmour and Bigras who might also see some NHL time depending.

To me though our one almost criminally underrated prospect is Georgiev.

100% undecided between Rykov and Lindgren.

Voting for Day bc I know he wont win and want to see results.

Add Virta, he has better stats at a younger age than Meskanen in the same league.

Regarding Georgiev, I love the guy. I just have a tendency to devalue the goalie position in these polls. I even did it with Talbot back when it was basically myself, Bacon, and just one or two other guys on his bandwagon. I also want to see a full, good season from him. He sucked like everyone else in Hartford during the first half of the year before picking it up after Mazanec was injured. I know goalies have to adjust to the North American game and that could explain it, but still...small sample size with Georgiev.

To 2k2's point on goalies, in the beautiful year of 2013

Talbot is a solid goaltender who will likely never get his chance here, because at this point with the franchise you want a veteran dependable backup rather than a rookie.

I think he'll end up a mid to low level starter on another team like Jason Labarbera or Johan Holmqvist for a few years.

I've always felt Cam Talbot had the tools to be an NHL goaltender, so i'll go with him.

Add Bourque, on the off chance he finds a 4th line role.

This while y'all were voting in Noreau, Fogarty, Yogan, and Kyle Jean.
