It would be interesting to see how you'd rank everyone. To me the Rangers have gotten very much deeper in the last few months. The additions of 1st round centers Andersson and Chytil--the acquisition of DeAngelo and a number of great signings particularly Bereglazov and Pionk. Our goaltending was very good to begin with--now we have two great new centers and 3 great new additions on D and those positions IMO look a lot stronger to me. I also think that Day had a very good year and pushed himself into the picture.

Agreed, completely. Will probably post a prospect ranking once Beacon's is over so everyone can compare and contrast!! :)
 
Went with Chytil. Add Pionk dammit! People are sleeping on this kid for some reason. He's probably the best combination of ceiling, ability to play in all three zones, and NHL readiness of any defender in the system.

Pionk I think is going to be a huge get for us.
 
Went with DeAngelo. He's got some serious upside. Has consistently produced at a 50pt clip down in the AHL and did very well last year in the NHL on an atrocious team. Former 19th overall pick and only 21 years old. Best case scenario, if he continues to improve in his own end he could be a bonafide first/second pairing offensive RD.

Still close between him and Chytil. If Chytil takes a step forward this upcoming season and well outproduces his last, he might have gone in the top 10 of 2018's draft class. But there is significant risk that doesn't happen, and because of that I think this is DeAngelo's spot to lose.

Just looking at Chytil--his build, the way he expresses himself---I think he's going to spike higher. He's big with a thick body and IMO it looks like he's going to get bigger and be a monster power forward to deal with--and he's just about the youngest guy out of his draft class. He's also got an exuberant very happy personality--at least that's how I'm reading him. I'm thinking he's going to get a lot better.
 
Went Deangelo here because he has NHL experience, but I keep getting more and more excited about the Chytil pick

Add Pionk. He's gonna surprise a lot of people

I'm thinking in terms of which players have a good shot at being NHL players so I think next I'd go with Bear & Graves. Chytil if you are judging on potential.

The rest I don't see as legit NHL options. Not bad considering where the Rangers draft.
