Also why are we deciding tiers as per numbers. 6-10 doesnt neccesarily have to be 2nd tier. IMO Fast belongs in the same tier as Brady Skjei.

Agreed. You could say the same about Oscar Lindberg. 21 year old 2-way center that is 5th in scoring in the Elitserien.
