Stop we’ve done this too. We’ve had pplayers “retire” therefore allowing us to save their cap hit. All teams use loopholes.

Fisher did not have a cap hit. He was a UFA in July and never resigned, then retired in August. No loop holes were jumped, no back alley deals were dealt. Lavy asked Fisher at Xmas if he wanted to come back, he thought it over, talked to Poile, Josi and his family and decided to give it one more run for the Cup. End of story.

It feels like the Rangers always play here on Saturdays. This will be my 5th straight year since they started playing here once per season. Pretty sure they were all Saturday night games.
