You know what those teams have in common... since 2009 they have been the only teams to win the Cup. You know what else? A few years before those cup victories they were choosing in the top ten of the draft.

I believe Edmonton would be what some would call mismanaged, considering the amount of players that leave that dump and all of a sudden become real NHLers I would think that logic would indicate that it is Edmonton and not the tank.

McDavid and Draisaitl are awesome. I don’t know how Edmonton sucks as bad as they do.

I blame AV. Isn’t it funny how the guys he develops never hit potential and the guys we trade for make immediate impact? It’s also funny how he outlasts all our talent.
