This stupid concept is conceived by a select few here and here only.

That goes without saying. I've known that forever.
My point was why some interpret the personnel changes as taking a hit on quality. It's part of the rebuild and there is no golden rule that states you must, must, must get snakes-belly low bad first.

Hold your horses on the tank being over. We've played 2 garbage teams this week and one team really underperforming. We don't play nearly anyone this bad except for one game against buffalo. Every other team we play are either in the playoff hunt or the Islanders (who've killed us this year).
