Lundqvist was outstanding in the 2nd and 3rd periods. The Jets had a lot of good looks, high quality scoring chances, and he came up with big save after big save to keep the team in the game. Very strong performance. 3rd game in a row where he has been a rock for the team. Those two so-so games after the Olympics should not have put anyone in doubt.
Hagelin played a HUGE game. First 3 goal game of his career. His 3rd goal wasn't the best, but it's a goal and I'll take it.
I thought Richards was a breath of fresh air at points today. I thought St. Louis had his best game since his first game, both in setting up chances and creating them on his own.
Nash had a few good looks, would like to see him get on the board though.
Honestly, this is a win you take and run with it. I think the Jets outplayed us, but with a few big performances, especially from Hagelin, and than Lundqvist, you come out of this with a big two points you didn't necessarily deserve.
Team STILL needs to start playing better hockey.

Hank. Fitting he'd be so good in his record-tying game. From 10 minutes into the 1st period he was unbeatable.
Hags. Great game defensively. Great game offensively. Hags is too fun to watch when he's on his game.
Stepan. All over the ice defensively. Great pass to Kreider for the game-tying goal. He's been too good in every zone of the ice since just before the Olympics. Gotta keep it up.

re: Maloney. It's funny, I like his analysis more than Joe's, but he has like zero chemistry with Sam, so I guess it's a push.

Great game by Hank, Hagelin, and Stepan.
Nash seemed lazy. I wish he would bend his knees and move his legs when he has he puck. Seems to be standing straight up whenever he has the puck and subsequently turns it over.

I thought I finally found out the reason why he was on radio instead of TV when he called the game for us with 51 seconds left. Bad Dave.
Nice win, might have been a different result if the Jets were stronger in net, but they ain't...
The good: We won, Hank, Hags, 4th line was very good, Richards line was good as was the Stepan line, PK was great
The bad: The Brassard line just didn't work at all

The power play stoppped shooting and fell off a cliff.
AV needs to tell them to start again. WHere are the 40 s hot games. Where is the traffic to the net? With the arrival of MSL, it disappear. The game is to cute again.

I don't get this constant lazy notion of Nash. I actually thought he had a few good looks and generated a few solid chances.
He could be better, but I don't think he was "lazy" or as bad as people make him out to be on a routine basis. Especially this game.
This is a game where the whole team could have been a lot better. Rangers get two points, and I'd say the Jets outplayed us in both the 2nd and 3rd periods.
