Yeah I'm not so sure about that. If I never get the flu then pro athletes are doing something wrong if they get it all the time. I'm doing a lot of hiking, running and other sports but I never saw a gym from the inside

The flu is highly contagious. You hang around lockers rooms with carriers of the bug, you will need a lot of nutrients to ward it off or relieve the symptoms. Having more broccoli or doing an extra repetition won't cut it.
