Why don't you stop trying to tell fans where and what they can post?
My post is about an aspect of tonight's game I find exciting. No one said you had to share my enthusiasm for Melnyk's pain.
Pain? Melnyk is a billionaire, it doesn’t hurt him, it hurts his asset (the Senators franchise). He probably still makes a lot of money with other CTC venues (no idea as I’m not following and live in Montreal but here the Bell Center is extremely lucrative. Evenko is big), so it doesn’t hurt him to keep this asset for now, even if he doesn’t make money with the Sens (and has been reducing the expenses as a result). It hurts us the fans a lot more than him, because of the time opportunity to have a better team.
Actually all this Melnyk boycotting might hurt more than anything. He is a businessman and will want to up his asset’s value before selling. So now it’s probably not a good timing to sell because of it. A few millions lost in tickets revenues is nothing compared to the other files he has on his deck (Lebreton ex)
