I dont know, if i was a coach wanting to exit periods without a late goal. Guys like Folin, Weal, Alzner and Hudon wouldnt be on the ice.

I think it is still more common for young guys to take 2-4 years to find their game.
Ever since Crosby and OV entered the league followed by Malkin people have expected top 18 yo draft picks to come in and dominate. Those guys are top of the top talent though. More guys will take time though.

1st period was fun. 2nd period had some moments late, but was mostly the opposite of fun.

I would of liked to see him traded too. But I imagine the package for him wasn’t as good as we dreamed up.
