What did Lundqvist do to cause the breakaway? Please learn the game of hockey. Breakaways are never the goalies fault unless they skate to the side and allow the shooter the entire net.

Who cares what he did or didn't do to cause it? He failed on the save attempt. Not the breakway. He just tipped over as the puck went whooshing through his legs. It was hysterical.

Hopefully the used up all their goals tonight, think we can take tomorrow 3-1.

This is only if Gorilla Salad is on the ice.

Accountability is a key tenet of both leadership and stardom.

In other words, win or lose, the stars are accountable.

Leetch, Messier and Richter were terrible in Games 5 and 6 of the SCF. they bounced back with star performances in Game 7.

I'll pass judgment on guys like Lundqvist and Nash after tomorrow. Win Game 7 and nobody cares about what games you lost in that series.

Don't compare those players to these. Don't. Plus, they swept the Islanders in the 1st round.

Every other team in the playoffs that has been behind in the 3rd period is capable of putting up a fight by tying it or coming close to tying it like Columbus did last night.

But not the Rangers!! Hockey's different here.

Whatever you say, dude.

Do you respect Joe Micheletti?

I venture he has much more knowledge of hockey than you do. He straight up said none of the goals were Lundqvist's fault.

This is because he understands the game of hockey.

You win and lose as a team. It doesn't change the fact that none of those goals were his fault. The team in front of him broke down completely.

Pack it in and get ready for tomorrow night.

Your rationale is that a goalie is never at fault unless he literally collects the puck and scores into his own net.

We get it.

I know the game of hockey. Im not ignorant and blind. Lundqvist started to skate out. Decided to come back. Got caught in no mans land and couldn't get in position for the save. Only some one with zero objectivity (such as yourself) couldn't see that. Its an absolute joke.

Its been said 8 million times, but a goalie can be at fault even when other players make mistakes.

He can make a save, he didn't. He got beat pretty badly, but it was a breakaway so I wasn't really surprised one bit that he was left looking like a fool.

The only consolation (if you even want to call it that) is that we don't have to wait long to erase this from memory and try to start fresh for Game 7.

Still though............****
