Just randomly dropping in here to say this because this is probably one of the safest places to say this...

The Devils are awful again this year and I'm quite glad for it. The Devils did so much to set the NHL and hockey as a whole back into the stone ages during the late '90s and early '00s, and them being an absolutely terrible franchise for the last decade or so is only a minor amount of penance for that. Hope they're awful forever.

Not only is it safe to say this here, we actively encourage it.

If that franchise needed $3 to stay alive, I would buy a corndog and eat it in front of them.
