Ridiculous u say??
Would you go to work if Putin was threatening to kill u and your family?
This is a serious situation.
Nothing ridiculous about it..
I feel the same. I would hold off on playing until I can guarantee a whole country is over wanting to kill me.

Hoping that watching Laf take off has given Kakko some confidence to be a little less rigid offensively. He's been fantastic and has had chances. Just need to wind the kids up and let them go. They get pretty bogged down by the coaches I think. Let them make a few mistakes or turnovers and give them freedom to create.

Live Fast, Die Young, Leave a Good-Looking Corpse?

Marriage managed to tank my exercise motivation so consider me a lazy husband

Blackwell should be playing on the wing over Rooney. Rooney is a 4th line C at best. I like him as that, but if that’s not where he’s playing, it should be Blackwell instead. Otherwise lineup looks good.
Quinn’s excuse is Blackwells last game. He flubbed the puck a lot and had a shitty game but it shouldn’t matter considering the leash he gives players. Some have had more bad games then good. Any of the bottom 6 wings could’ve sat over Blackwell. I get keeping Howden in if he’s that valuable to the PK but there’s a few others far worse than BW. Oh well...

Yep, I get it and it’s a minor change, but a player can have a down game. You don’t have to “hold them accountable” for that. When they make consistently stupid decisions or low effort plays, you should have accountability. If a player just has a bad game, flubs some pucks, over skates, misses the net, whatever. It happens. They’re all human. Even McDavid has games where he looks like dogshit once in a while. Overall, Blackwell contributes more than Rooney and should be in that spot, but as I said, pretty minor overall. Oh well.

What does it say when you're leash/relationship with Quinn is worse than Gauthier's?

I woke up feeling a little buzzed as well. No hangover but the missus and I were at a good concert last night and drank a little much. Lazy Saturday morning and almost time for some hockey. I swear I’ll be productive and go to the gym and stuff after.
You know what gives me decent energy to work out after a night of drinking ? Apple Cider vinegar, honey, tumeric, Pepper and Green tea drink. It sounds crazy but it really helps with energy.

Nah that makes sense. I take a turmeric everyday that has pepper in it, because pepper enhances the bioavailability of the turmeric. That sounds like a good remedy. I also take an organ meat supplement, reishi and chaga mushroom tincture and lots of other weird stuff

If you take 2g's of Tumeric in a serving it will act like 800mg Ibuprofen. fun fact

Yeah. I very doubt Hughes is going to be benched after his turnover to Laf last game

Excited for Kakko to be back. If he continues to play the way he did before Corona and he starts finishing the rest of the division better watch the f*** out.

Was going to hit this local craft beer bar for the game today. Sporting my Kreider jersey. Don’t think will need much intoxication, lol. Have a good feeling about this game. Devils are bad and the Rangers are finally showing the talent they have and getting on the scoresheet. Only need Mika to get going but that pass to Laf was a good start.
Don’t mention alcohol to me for a very long time ... so ... two days?

Did last game remind anyone else of that Canucks game in 2011-2012 that was 0-0 heading into the third only because Lundqvist was standing on his head and then we scored 4 goals in the third? We looked even worse in the Canucks game than we did last game.

Wayyyyyy worse.

Shots were 40-19.

That was a weird start for a season though. They started over seas, came back east for one single game on the Island and then immediately went on a west coast swing. Pretty irresponsible scheduling by the league.
