A common problem for the Rangers(something that will be relevant the further they go)is their consistent passivity around the oppositions net. All too often, Ranger forwards are spend too much time starring at rebounds in the slot.

What game are you watching? We had great scoring chances and one shot went off the shaft of a goal stick. Completely unlucky. We had the better chances.

This team won 5 games trailing after the 2nd period in the regular season, FWIW.

In the regular season. Not counting game 6 against the Flyers when they were down 4-0, the team has sucked when down in a game, except for game 3 of this series. Speaking of game 3, very likely that we're in finals this game if not for the ****** reffing, luck, and finishing in that game.

Lot of hockey left boys. Enough of the whining, blaming, etc.

The entire team needs to step it up. We didn't come out the way we needed too. The game has settled, come hard in the 2nd and take the lead aggressively.

You would figure that MTL is going to come out guns blazing, in an elimination game, on home ice.

To only be down 1 goal is good. Their emotions are going to get the best of them.

I think the CBC guys had it right. The way Lundqvist positions his glove with that particular location, his instincts couldn't decide whether to swat it down or catch it. He ended up going for the grab way too late lol.

It was the same exact soft goal.

I literally cannot understand why NBC is blatantly rooting for Montreal.

They aren't. I don't know why/how so many of you guys hear "anti-Ranger" sentiment out of the NBC crew. I bet if we go ask Devil fans they'll probably say that the crew is blatantly favoring the Rangers. The truth is that it's somewhere in the middle the problem is that everyone is biased and only hears what they want to hear.

Come on boys. Let's go. Send pucks on Tokarski, bury those rebounds. Crash that net, play smart hockey, don't take bad penalties, and bury this team. Take this crowd out of it early in the 2nd.

i guess he can thank Max Pac for not having a broken spine there.

I'm numb to Rangers stress. That died a couple of years ago and only came up twice in the final minutes of the two game 7's. I ain't too worried about this game. Score the next one.

And then Olczyk killing Kreider over the penalty, but says nothing about Deharnais face washing a Ranger.

I cannot understand why NBC is so biased against the AMERICAN TEAM from the media capital of the world.
Can believe Olczyk was a Ranger he cant stand them it seems

If you guys think NBC is biased, you've never ventured over to the CBC side. They've been obnoxious all series long.

Canadians seem to be good at coming out strong but they fizzle out (or maybe it has been Hank just elevating his beast mode) as the game goes on.
