Fox is so calm on the puck it's frightening...his outlet pass on his last shift after shaking his man was just so subtle but so brilliant. Him and Igor in our own end is going to be fun going forward

I’m becoming more and more convinced Kakko’s problem is just exhaustion from playing so many games in the span of a year, he went for every tournament he could have and went all the way the Gold in all of them. On top of playing all those professional games which is a lot more intense than junior. He looks dominant since coming back from the break. His play since coming back does not look disappointing at all for a 2nd overall pick

No question about it...I've been shouting from the hill tops that this has been exactly Kakko's issue this year. He never had a training camp this past year as like you say he was playing in his league games in Finland and in tournaments.

Give him an intense offseason training regimen where he works on his skating, stamina and strength, I have not a doubt in the world Kakko comes back next season like a man possessed and looking like a totally different guy.

We struck gold here with Kakko...we just need to be a bit more patient.

If we could unload Strome for a less (much less) proven center prospect and a pick, that'd be great. Similar to Brassard Zibanejad except a prospect who isn't ready or guaranteed to be anything.

He lost his confidence early on. He's becoming more assertive, but it's not back yet. Just need him to get a few points to really get going.

That Lindgren into the boards thing was scary.

Could have broke an ankle or two
I was scared he was hurt. I tell you one thing I like Lindgrens game. He’s tough as nails.
He plays great with Fox. We need two more like him.
