God it's still so weird seeing Marty doing analysis. It's like two people breaking up but immediately just hanging out as friends

It's a great breakaway move. Not a great PS or SO move. Moves like that hit the 70% - 80% trickiness. Works great in game action when goalies simply can't and won't play that possibility but that move isn't exactly hard to stop in the SO/PS

Yeah, exactly.

4 2nite u where the crown proud mr king!

mr nash it took u 21 games to get your 1st hats off 2u

great win!

hope your kidding about nash!!:shakehead

Great to see this team bounce back in the 2nd and 3rd period after Lundqvist saved their bacon with possible the best period of his career.

P.S. Biron is the man, he actually sounds like an "expert". For a guy that's played before Duguay sure likes to give superficial "analysis".

If this two game stretch doesn't show what a weird freakin league the NHL is, I'm not sure what does.

0 points when they dominated, 2 points when they did not play overly well at all expect for a 10-15min stretch.

And just the other day we had to hear SnowBlind tell us how Lundqvist hasn't won us any games.

I think Lundqvist read that, took it personally, and decided to steal two points for the Rangers (it also helps that the team scored more than 1 goal for him in net tonight).

Lundqvist has played out of his mind in two out of his last three starts.

See we won. Too bad I missed it.
Nash scored
Kreider scored
Hank made a nice pass.
Sounds good to me!

Although I see hank got peppered in the first.

I want a Biron interview with Talbot.

Biron: How does it feel to steal someone's job?
Talbot: ....
Biron: How does it feel to know you took food off the table for that man's family?
Talbot: ....
Biron: How does it feel...(the red light for some reason goes off)
Talbot: Hey Biron, how does it feel to have EZ pass between your legs?
Biron: ...
Talbot: That's what I thought, sucka

Been a while since we got outplayed this hard in the first period... so glad we came out with a win here.

Hank deserves everyones paychecks tonight

Remember the thread on the main boards about Hank sucking because of the pad size reduction, what a ******* joke that was.

Yup, he has found his game now.

2.36GAA and .921SV% (at his career average). That GAA will continue to go down and his SV% will likely float between .920-930 by the end of the year (although I'm not quite sure how good that will be this year considering there are 11 goalies above a .930... I'm not quite sure how long that can hold up for though).

1.87GAA and .931SV% in the month of November (unfortunately he is 3-4 with that). And of those performances, he has put in some really solid games.

Nosh pls

Congrats on the win, I was impressed that you guys played Dallas pretty much even after that 1st period. Shots were 21-20 NYR in the 2nd and 3rd, which is impressive for the Rangers seeing as Dallas had more PP oppurtunities (not that our PP is very good at all).

From what I've seen of the east this year I'd pick you guys as 2nd best behind Pittsburgh, wouldn't be shocked to see you guys in the finals - playing someone other than Dallas because we have no ****ing chance in this unfair conference.

I will say he practically won us the Kings game. That was his best game of the season to that point. This was one of the best of his career. The 1st period was maybe the best of his career. Interestingly enough another Stars game in Dallas would rival it.
