The thing that makes me doubtful they'll go on a long winning streak is that they're playing MOSTLY hard but are just constantly in close games. They're having trouble with bigger margins of victory and at some point these games will go the other way.

Good third, ok second, terrible first. This is now a team that relies on its defense. Basically Nashville in previous years with worse goaltending. But you know what they had 0 strengths in December.

The bright side is that they got better as the game went on. That's a good sign.

I know Panarin scored but all three players on his line, 5 on 5 and on PP have been so much worse this year. I just don't get it. Maybe you don't expect another 120 points from Panarin but he has paced in that territory previously.

looked almost 75 percent as dangerous as they did last year. Will be nice if they can continue. That is our only chance at a legit first line
