Not surprised since it's the Raiders. Though, haven't the Cowboys held camp at Oxnard, CA for years without issue? That's the main reason the Rams/Kroenke didn't want the Raiders as the co-tenant of Sofi.... Their brand is just bigger than the Rams in SoCal.
