Against the Sens and now this game, that is 2 obvious non calls that resulted in goals against the Caps. NHL officiating is becoming like the NBA, which is garbage.

I didn't say they are playing well. I was saying nah to being worried about them. Right now the Caps are facing some good adversity and they need to work their way out of it. You are not gonna fix it in a few games.

You do realize when officiating is one-sided, it throws off your game. Officiating should not be something players should be watchful for, but that is what is happening to the Caps. You try to play your game, they don't call stuff that is obvious and it becomes a bit of distraction, plus the other team can use that to their advantage.

I often pick someone to really focus on. I have watched Eller all game closely. He is so savvy. He can’t score and we always jump on him for that. But the puck constantly finds him. Almost always in good position. He is a fine 3C at 2.5M. I want a top 6.

I like moving Mangiapane out for Mangi (whom Nashivlle can use while they run this season out) and a second. Probably a first which i am fine with. And that would leave us room for another depth move.
