One-way: you're paid the same salary whether you're in the NHL or AHL.

Two-way: you're paid one salary in the NHL and a lower salary in the AHL.
Hi Adam, I know all that, really.

The news repoirt is that Harvey-Pinard got a one-way contract the first year and a two-way contract the second year, but in both yers his AHL and NHL saolary are the same.

That makes no sense to me unless per diems or something trivial are different.

Ylonen looked really good with Dach. I hope he can take the next step and earn himself a look in the top 6 at training camp.

There were a few games where I was like, wow, Ylonen is improving and brining it. Then it faded. If he wants the top 6 chance, he has to show up every shift like RHP did.

I think he rounds out as a middle 6F at best or bottom 6F. Hope he proves me wrong.

RHP is a versatile player that can slot anywhere and perform. Like Paul Byron used to be. He’s a machine on the PK, high motor, and surprisingly a good shot. High IQ player. Im happy for the signing, hope he’s played on at least a 3rd or 2nd line.
