no Colonial THU/FRI (Weather);

Officials at Colonial Downs plan to make an announcement by 5 p.m. Wednesday on the status of Saturday’s 12-race card that includes the Grade 1 Arlington Million and the Beverly D. and Secretariat Stakes, both Grade 2 races. Those three races, as well as the listed Andy Guest and Van Clief Stakes are scheduled to be run on turf.
As of Tuesday, more than an inch of rain was forecast between Thursday and Saturday morning.

Saratoga has carded contingency races Sunday for the Fourstardave and Saratoga Derby currently on Saturday's card As stipulated, if they are off the turf Saturday, those races would be held after Sunday's scheduled races have concluded but not affect exotics (Pick 6 for example).

Charles Town (WV) tonight and Laurel (MD) tomorrow have canceled. Laurel plans to run Saturday.

Colonial (VA) announced previously that the track canceled cards for Thursday and Friday and shifted Saturday's card to Sunday.

Delaware canceled Friday but is on for Saturday as of now. Today's card is off-the-turf as race 1 approaches.

New York is monitoring.

No word yet from Monmouth (NJ).

Monticello harness is racing but conditions are listed as sloppy. Monticello is 100+ miles south of Saratoga where turf racing is currently listed as "good."
