Does the NHL realize that some of us do things on gorgeous sunday afternoons in spring? I'm going to miss this one because I'm about to head out on a canoe trip. Please schedule these after the sun f*ing sets. Afternoon games are great in the dead of winter when we're all trapped inside, but c'mon.

Yeah the time to start PK was game 3 so Freddie could come back for game 4 if we lost. I think Rod has made his bed and has to start Freddie now with how well he’s played.

Yep, make changes when the worst result is that you end up needing to win 2 of 3 with 2 at home. Don’t make the change after that result happens.

Being down a few games in a series would force Rod’s hand more than losing a close 2OT game on the road. I think the team is expecting to close this out in 5. If we lose today I wouldn’t be surprised for more changes including Nikishin slotting in. Fluid situation
Burns is so ass he’s making Slavin ass, which should be mathematically impossible.
The solution is simple then: clone Slavin and put him on a defensive pairing with himself.
