I also felt Skjei dove, which is very typical of most tripping penalties in hockey in the last decade or so.

Yeah, but you gotta know when you take you hand off your stick and grab your opponent (and it leads to a heat scoring chance) it’s going to be called more times than not. If Lee could’ve outmuscled him with his body/shoulder then there’s no call.
