Didn't actually watch game 6, can anyone give me the rundown of who we liked, who we didn't like, and how Hynes f***ed it up?
Kap was off, Boldy and Hartman looked good along with Faber and Spurgeon. We had our chances but couldn't finish them.

I've noticed Hynes is a really bad coach in the playoffs. This time I'd say his worst move was that unsuccessful challenge for goalie interference, and Vegas scored on the following PP. He does make the decision in agreement with others in the coaching staff, but that's no excuse. It was a dumb move because there was little interference if any at all.Played hard to get in the playoffs, and completely coached out of the playoffs.
6-19 in playoff games. For reference, Evason was/is 8-15 in the playoffs.Hynes playoff record is god awful isnt it?

Yup seems about right. Remember seeing his stat line before one of the games and wasnt impressed at all.He has a .240 winning percentage. But there's always next year!
It’s not the challenge. It’s the decision of who is playing, terrible line makeup, reluctance (or ignorance) to make in game changes that are necessary.I've noticed Hynes is a really bad coach in the playoffs. And he's just as stubborn as Evason when it comes to line combinations, didn't want to change much. But to his credit, bottom six this year are mostly AHL guys. That's on Guerin and the cap restrictions.
Faber yes, Spurgeon? Not so muchKap was off, Boldy and Hartman looked good along with Faber and Spurgeon. We had our chances but couldn't finish them.
I should have bet my entire life on losing 4-2 at that point. It was written in stoneTaking a 2-1 series lead was indeed the high point of the season. Really f***ing hate it when our pessimism is well founded. Thanks a f***ing lot Nyquist. Thanks a lot Hynes
Spurgeon played well this series. This is how I had the defensemen ranked:Faber yes, Spurgeon? Not so much
I didn’t want to get called out for bias because of my username, so I felt obligated to keep Faber a bit higher in my rankings.I don't want to boil it down to the offensive side, but playing 27 minutes per game with 0 points is not great.
